Hi, I’m Samantha. You can call me Sam. I am the procrastinating writer here at my internet namesake. I’m a thirty-something mom to my
micropreemie princess elementary diva, Roxy, and wife to probation and parole officer, Russ.
This is our little slice of
the internet all about Roxy, Russ and I and our every day life. I talk about prematurity, our journey in the
NICU and at home with a micropreemie, the March of Dimes, family, and most of
all, our little miracle. Most recently, Roxy has been diagnosed with ADHD and ODD so I'll probably be sharing more than you want to know about those.
By day, I work as a Certified Kentucky Paralegal
in the fields of personal injury, divorce, and insurance defense.
I love to read suspense and romance novels
and anything by Janet Evanovich and Sue Grafton. I am addicted to clearance
sales, but have turned my shopaholic self into a coupon clippin’ mama trying to
I am very involved with our local March of Dimes division.
I was the team captain for Team Roxy who raised over $5,000 in three
years for this outstanding cause. We teamed with my pal and fellow preemie mom, Leslie, to form the team, Mighty Miracles. In
2012, our family was the ambassador family and I served as chairperson of the
Family/School Teams Committee.
This is a PR friendly site.
