Dum dum da dum, dum dum da dum.

In celebration of our upcoming anniversary and the Project Marriage post that is also upcoming, here is a little wedding meme that I found...

Where/how did you meet?
We met in August, 2008.  I had only lived in my condo a month when I saw my new neighbor outside and another {nosey} neighbor introduced us.  I was sick and refused to shake his hand.

How long have you known each other?
Since August, 2008.

How long after you met did you start dating?
We started dating on September 9, 2008.  About a month after we met.

How long did you date before you were engaged?
We were engaged almost eight months to the day after we started dating.

How long have you been married?
Soon to be two years.
When is your anniversary?
June 20, 2009
How many people came to your wedding reception?
Less than 50.  I planned our wedding in just over a month so we kept it very, very small.
Where was your wedding?
At my aunt and uncle's house.  There couldn't have been a better place for it!

What did you serve for your meal?
We didn't serve a meal.  We had cake and punch.

How many people were in your bridal party?
Two - my best friend, Jennifer, and Russ' friend, Brandon
Are you still friends with them all?
Very much so.
Did you or your spouse cry during the ceremony?
Nope.  Russ actually made everyone laugh.

Any funny moments?
Russ thought he was finished recited his vows and the judge had to remind him he wasn't finished.

Any big disasters?
Not really.

Where did you go on your honeymoon?
We spent the night at a really nice hotel about 1/2 hour from home.

How long were you gone?
One night.

What is your song?
We don't have one.

What did you dance your first dance to?
We've only danced once and I cannot for the life of me remember the song.

Describe your wedding dress?

What kind of flowers did you have at your wedding?
Fake.  It was a quickie wedding.  I bought a premade bouquet for myself and quickly made my maid-of-honor's bouquet about twenty minutes before show time.  We did have real flowers on the cake though.
