Things have been so hectic lately that I have been a major slacker on the blog front. Finally updating from Easter.
My grandmother passed away early on Easter morning so the last week has been very busy.
Roxy had a great Easter despite it because she's too young to understand what's happened. She woke up to not one, but two Easter baskets and her daddy let her rip right into them as soon as she woke up. She had Rubberoo shoes, two new t-shirts, a skunk beanie baby, a watering can and shovel to help MyNaye in the flower beds, a new Magnadoodle, a wind-up bunnie, activity books and some suckers and candy. In the basket that Gigi left for her, she had a purse, some hair clips, Peeps, and a pop-up bunny, duck and lamb toys. She has really enjoyed it all!
After church, we headed to Uncle Richard and Aunt Nancy's house for Easter dinner with our family. First off, we had to take family photos as is the tradition.
Roxy had a great time playing with everyone - cousins Melissa and Tanner, Uncle Jim, Uncle Richard & Aunt Nancy, friends of the family. She even had fun with the dog and cat, Zoe and Toots.
See? She doesn't want them taken away!
