On Friday night we went out to eat with Daddy's pal, Brandon's family. We had such a great time. Russ, Roxy and I haven't eaten out together like that, well, since she turned one and we went to Gatlinburg. The kids had a good time and we adults had a good. It is definitely on the must-do-again-soon list!
Saturday Roxy spent some time with Gigi visiting while Mommy got to clean house. I can't tell you how nice it is to have scrubbed down kitchen floors and well-dusted living room furniture again! Yay! And, of course, Roxy was very excited about seeing Gigi. All morning long she would say "Gigi" everytime I mentioned leaving to go!
We watched lots of UK games starting Saturday afternoon and then again on Sunday afternoon.
And, we went shopping! Grandmomma, Roxy and I went to Lexington buy Great Aunt Barb some UK shirts for her birthday. We stopped in Payless which resulted in two new pairs of shoes for Roxy (she loved them and didn't want to take them off!) and then a trip to Target to use a gift card (thanks Julie at 3Momsin1) resulted in Roxy getting a new Spring jacket. Its too, too adorable!
Lots of shopping, good food, friends, family, Wildcat basketball! Its beginning to sound a lot like March!
